My DE buddies…

Do you think you could all post a comment with the link to your blog, to help us keep track of everybody’s progress?

It would certainly help me, and generally increase inter-blog traffic!

My update is that I’m still pregnant after DE FET. 4+5 tomorrow in fact, and have arranged to see my haematologist tomorrow, and asked him to add hcg and progesterone to the APA and blood count. I have also played the “multiple miscarriage” trump card to my GP’s receptionist to wangle an appointment for tomorrow afternoon, where I’ll see if she can take over the prescription of my cyclogest and progynova. And then Wednesday I’ll see my acupuncturist, who is over the moon.

I’m pretty tired, still haven’t unpacked the holiday bags and done the washing, I’m doing it bit by bit. DP and I are both on holiday this week too, with DS off from the minder. He had a swimming lesson this am (has one every day this week) and then we went out for breakfast and to the park where I met a woman from the PTA who has a newborn, and didn’t even feel upset as I usually do!

The fertility clinic will scan after about 6+3, but the way the weekend and bank holiday falls, it will end up being 2 weeks tomorrow, 6+5. At least there’s no equivocation then about viability… I am being firmly optimistic about this one, too, but after so many failed pgs and bad scans, I may falter.

I had some cramps last night which woke me up and had a flash of panic, but all is well today and no spotting or anything.

My FET transfer date is August 20, unless the ultrasound on 8/16 shows that I need more time for my lining. If that’s the case, then it should be a few days later.

As for me, still waiting for a call to hear the schedule for this DE cycle. We are moving forward with our initial donor, even though the first attempt was canceled. Fingers crossed…

I’m donating my eggs to my partner. Our doc says mine are younger and healthier, but our first try was negative. Trying again this month. Thanks for posting a link to my blog.
